RubyRx™ and RubyAI™

1. Platform Purpose

RubyRx is a digital prescription and medication management platform.
RubyAI is an AI-enabled healthcare software platform supporting clinical, operational, and analytic workflows.

Both platforms are intended to support healthcare operations and decision-making.
They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

RubyRx and RubyAI are software tools only. Outputs, insights, and recommendations generated by the platforms
must be reviewed and interpreted by qualified professionals.

The platforms do not replace clinical judgment or professional responsibility.

3. Authorized Use

Users agree to:

• Use the platforms only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

Unauthorized access, misuse, or attempts to reverse engineer the platforms are prohibited.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent.
Users are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them.
Anuvansh Technologies makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness
of AI-generated results.

5. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data. By using the platform, users grant
Anuvansh Technologies a limited right to process data solely to provide
and improve platform services.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve performance,
security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anuvansh Technologies is not liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of
RubyRx or RubyAI.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in applicable customer
agreements or, where none exist, by the jurisdiction in which
Anuvansh Technologies operates.
