Ninad Mishra is the Founder and CEO of Krishmatics and the creator of the RubyRx and RubyAI platform, a unified prescription intelligence and AI ecosystem for patients, families, and clinicians. He is a physician-trained informatics and AI leader with deep experience in healthcare data systems, clinical decision support, and large-scale digital health transformation. Dr. Mishra served as Associate Director of Informatics and Data Science, guiding national efforts in data modernization, cloud-based analytics, and AI-enabled clinical decision support. His programs advanced FHIR interoperability, large-scale data engineering, and population-level analytic platforms that support prevention, decision-making, and value-driven care.
He has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to translate scientific goals into operational systems that function across diverse clinical and public health settings. At Krishmatics, Ninad sets the product vision, company strategy, and investor roadmap for RubyRx and RubyAI, beginning with fragmented prescription management in emerging markets and scaling toward secure, compliant deployments in developed healthcare systems.
Jaideep Srivastava, PhD
Strategic and Industry Advisor
Jaideep Srivastava is a Strategic Advisor to Krishmatics, providing senior-level guidance on digital health strategy, healthcare data platforms, and applied AI. He is a widely respected leader in the health technology and data science ecosystem, with extensive experience advising organizations at the intersection of clinical care, data infrastructure, and intelligent systems.
His industry experience includes serving as Chief Scientist for the Qatar Computing Research Institute, as the data mining architect at Amazon, and as Chief Technology Officer for Persistent Systems. His entrepreneurial work includes co-founding Ninja Metrics and Truro Analytics and advising startups later acquired by Teladoc and Verisk. He has contributed to national digital initiatives, including advising the Government of India’s UIDAI program, which supports Aadhaar for more than a billion citizens. Dr. Srivastava has delivered over 100 invited talks in more than 35 countries. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and MS and PhD degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
In his advisory role, Jaideep supports leadership with a strategic perspective on platform direction, architectural choices, and long-term positioning. His guidance helps ensure that RubyRx and RubyAI align with industry expectations, scalability needs, and real-world healthcare use cases.
Amrita Tailor, PhD
Head of Clinical Support Systems
Amrita Patel leads Clinical Support Systems at Krishmatics, with primary responsibility for the scientific and clinical intelligence foundations of RubyAI. She brings deep expertise in data science and evidence-based clinical systems, with a strong focus on translating complex biomedical and clinical data into actionable insights. During her tenure as a lead scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Tailor guided the development and implementation of multiple high-impact, evidence-based guidelines with broad clinical, economic, and policy relevance. She specialized in converting research findings into actionable tools by synthesizing evidence from systematic reviews, patient data, and public health surveillance. Her work included creating algorithmic flowcharts, computable guidelines, and EHR-integrated tools that enable consistent digital implementation across varied healthcare environments.
In her role, Amrita oversees the design and validation of clinical decision-support logic, AI-assisted reasoning frameworks, and the scientific rigor of model outputs. She ensures that RubyAI remains clinically relevant, explainable, and aligned with real-world healthcare workflows as the platform evolves. Dr. Tailor holds a PhD in Health Sciences with a specialization in Health Leadership from Rutgers University and an MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University.
Vineet Kumar, MS
Head of Operations
Vineet Kumar serves as Head of Operations at Krishmatics, overseeing execution, coordination, and delivery across RubyRx and RubyAI. He is responsible for translating product vision into operational reality and aligning engineering, design, and deployment efforts. Vineet is a technology executive l with 14+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years in Health IT. He completed his Computer Science Engineering degree in 2013 from Maharaja Agrasen Institute, Delhi. His core expertise lies in frontend engineering, scalable application architecture, and digital product development. Over the years, he has worked on building reliable, user-centric platforms and has closely collaborated with business stakeholders to convert ideas into impactful technology solutions.
With a strong inclination towards leadership, innovation, and quality execution, and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems—especially in the healthcare and enterprise domains—he will be responsible for operational alignment and engineering.
With strong execution and a systems-focused approach, Vineet manages day-to-day operations, timelines, and cross-functional workflows, ensuring the platform scales efficiently while maintaining reliability, quality, and delivery discipline.
