Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect only what the Services need to work.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account and identity | Mobile phone number, which acts as your unique account identifier, your name, and your role such as doctor or patient. |
| Health information | Prescriptions, medications, clinical notes, test and laboratory values, diagnoses, vitals, and related consultation records. |
| Device and usage | Device type, operating system, app version, log data, and diagnostic information used to keep the Services reliable. |
| Biometric unlock | If you enable fingerprint or face unlock, that check is performed by your device. We do not collect, receive, or store your biometric data. |
How we use information
- To run the core features of each app, including documentation, prescriptions, medication tracking, interaction alerts, and refill reminders.
- To connect a doctor and a patient so that prescriptions and alerts move between them.
- To detect drug interactions and duplicate therapies across a patient's doctors.
- To secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve reliability and performance using technical and diagnostic data.
Consent and legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent and to provide the Services you have asked for. Where required, sensitive health data is processed only with consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in this policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How AI is used
Some features use artificial intelligence, including reading handwritten prescriptions and helping generate clinical notes. These functions may rely on trusted processors that act on our instructions. We do not use patient data to train AI or machine learning models. AI processing supports the Service and does not replace the judgment of a qualified clinician.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these ways:
- Within the platform. A prescription written by a doctor flows to that patient.
- Service providers. Hosting and AI processing providers that act on our instructions under contract.
- Legal reasons. Where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, clinical, regulatory, or legitimate business obligations. Retained records are kept only for the period the law requires and are then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We protect data using encryption in transit and at rest, consent based access controls, and audit trails. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we continue to invest in protecting the information you trust us with.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and ask for a correction if it is wrong.
- Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your account and personal data.
- Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@krishmatics.us. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
Children
The Services are intended for adults and for clinicians acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Where a child's health information is recorded, it is entered by a parent, guardian, or treating clinician acting on the child's behalf.
Google API Services and Limited Use
Where the Services use Google APIs, our use and transfer of information received from those APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
